Welcome to Casado Dining Hall located in Casado Campus Center. Students and faculty will have delicious choices from Aladdin’s diversified brand portfolio in the dining hall where fresh food using seasonal ingredients will be prepared by an executive chef and their team. Aladdin and Friends are improving the look and feel of the dining areas with creative marketing including digital signage with allergen and dietary information on menus. Students will also enjoy signature branded concepts including the Classic Kitchen, home-style cooking and traditional comfort foods; the Local Deli, featuring made-to-order deli sandwiches; Sauce and Stone, freshly made pizza and pasta, Flame, hot off the grill daily specials; Global Fare, exhibition-style cooking; sweet shop, cookies, bars and brownies; Greens, an expansive salad bar, in addition to vegan and allergen-free options, at each meal.
